General Policies

All orders placed before 2:30 PM Eastern
Standard Time will be shipped that same day. Priority
status will be given to all air shipments.

All orders placed after 2:30 PM Eastern
Standard Time will be shipped the following business day.

Assembled clubs will be shipped in approximately
7 days. If a delay should occur, we will promptly notify
you prior to shipment.

All Internet orders will be processed
the following business day.

If there is a backorder, we will promptly
notify you prior to shipment.

Irons are sold in complete sets that include
#3-PW. We will not break up sets.
-
We may occasionally carry #5, #7, or #PW
irons for demos.

All prices are subject to change without
notice. If a price change occurs, we will inform you at
the time the order is placed.
- Shipping Methods
- All ground and air packages are shipped via United Parcel
Service. United States Postal Service and Airborne Express
is available upon request. Shipping costs are calculated
according to actual weight, distance to final destination
from warehouse, and shipping mode. Handling and insurance
charges will be incurred with all orders.
- Warranty Information
- All products are warranted for two years from the original
purchase date against manufacturer defects.
- Products that are subject to abuse, improper assembly
and normal wear will not be covered under this warranty.
- Dents located on the top or sole of the club head is not
covered under this warranty.
- Return Policy
- A King Sports Representative must
authorize all returns.
- All returns must be shipped within 20 days from the date
received and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. Unused
and undamaged merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
- There will be no exceptions.
- Custom built clubs may not be returned once assembly begins.
- The only exception is if the clubs were not built to customer
specifications.
